7 Kundalini Chakra
1. MULADHARA CHAKRA
Located at the lower end of the spinal column, corresponds to the sacral plexus. Has a square yellow mandala, representing the Earth principle, with the bija Mantra lam. Meditation on Muladhara confers knowledge of the Kundalini, as well as the means of awakening her. It bestows breath and mind control, and knowledge of past, present and future.
2. SWADHISHTHANA CHAKRA
Controls the lower abdomen in the physical body. Its element, water, in a white crescent moon, has vam as its bija. Meditation on Swadhishtana’s crescent moon gives control over the water element and confers psychic powers, intuitional knowledge and knowledge of astral entities. Many impure qualities are annihilated.
3. MANIPURA CHAKRA
Manipura, at the navel, corresponds to the solar plexus. The red triangular mandala in its centre contains the element Fire, with bija Mantra ram. Concentration on Manipura removes fear of fire and gives freedom from disease.
4. ANAHATA
In the heart region, corresponds to the cardiac plexus. , Anahata’s element, Air, is in a smoke-coloured mandala. The six-pointed star has yam as its bija. Meditation on Anahata chakra bestows pure qualities, cosmic love and various psychic powers.
5. VISHUDDHA CHAKRA
Vishuddha, at the base of the throat, corresponds to the laryngeal plexus in the physical body, as well as the fifth cosmic plane. Within a pure blue circle is its element, ether, with the bija ham. One who meditates on Vishuddha attains high success, complete knowledge of the four vedas and knows the past, present and future.
6. AJNA CHAKRA
Between the eyebrows, Ajna, corresponds to the cavernous plexus.The seat of the mind has OM as its seed letter in a pure white circle. On each side are two petals, also pure white, Meditation on Ajna destroys the karma of past lives, and gives liberation and intuitional knowledge. It is here that yogis consciously put prana at the time of death.
7. SAHASRARA CHAKRA
Sahasrara, above and beyond the other six centres, is situated at the crown of the head, corresponding to the pineal gland of the physical body. When Kundalini Shakti is united with Siva at the Sahasrara, the yogi experiences extreme bliss, attains the super conscious state, the highest knowledge, and becomes a fully developed jnani.

Refund Policy
The Confirmation Fee is 200 USD. This is non-refundable but may be transferred to any other upcoming 200 hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training course. If you cannot come to our TTC after paying the Confirmation Fee you can use it towards any future course or program. The Confirmation Fee is part of the entire Course Fee. The rest of the Course Fee balance must be paid in cash on the first day of the course either in Euros, US Dollars, British Pounds, or INR, amount according to the Dollar rate on the date of payment.

I have decided to join the 200 hour kundalini yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh, and during the course, I shall sincerely attend the classes regularly as well as punctuality with on pointed mind, in order to learn and understand yoga, I will keep the atmosphere pure and clean. If I happen to disturb the atmosphere, I will not object to my removal from the course. I confirm that I will follow the above mentions.
As an Institution we have boundaries and criteria which are mapped with specific rules and regulations, all students are advised to follow our rules and regulations during the course!
- Every student is requested to fulfill the registration formalities and submit the required information and course fee before the start of the course.
- A student can pay in INR, Dollars, Euro, or Ponds.
- The fee once paid will not be returned, although if any circumstances happen, it would be possible to postpone the next course.
- Every student must follow the dress rule strictly as instructed.
- Every student is requested to come to the class in a yoga dress.
- Every question which is asked by the students in the class must be related to the course only.
- The female students are requested to inform about their monthly period. And better to stop some poses like Shoulder stand, Headstand, Viparitakarani and Kapalbhati, Uddiyan bandha, etc.

Course Syllabus: The yoga teacher training course 200 – hours is to understand
and experience yoga deeply with full attention but you don’t feel that you are a complete yoga teacher. This course will give you proper asana pranayama mantra, bandha, shatkarma, anatomy physiology methodology philosophy Alignment, and teaching experience. The system will inspire you to teach to the spiritual seekers.
