Atri Yoga Center
Yoga is both an art and a science. Mastering Yoga is an achievement and this is the best gift that one can present to self. Remember the ancient times when the Kings were sent to Gurukuls to master the various forms of ART, yoga being one among them? Such has been the influence of Yoga on mankind. Atri Yoga Teacher Training Center is the present-day Gurukul, where the world completely revolves around yoga and its benefits. It is located in the middle of the mountains, where peace and serenity are complementary to the yoga participants.
Atri Yoga Teacher Training Center was started by Yogi Harish Chandra in Rishikesh. He realized the meaning of life and dedicated himself to connecting with the true essence of life. He believed in the existence of the Universe and decided to help mankind. He wholeheartedly dedicated 20 years of his life to researching spirituality, Indian philosophies, mythologies, and other educational medium which paved a path for him to start a Yoga Training Centre. His curiosity and search led him to renowned spiritual places such as the Himalayas, Haridwar, and Rishikesh.
He designed the yoga modules to spread a word about the benefits of yoga in real life. His focus lies on Patanjali yoga sutra and Shankhya karika Bhagavad Gita. He obtained mastery in Yoga by being trained under great masters like Swami Veda Bharati, Swami Dayananda, Yogi Buddhi Prakash and many other similar gurus. He has also meditated in Vashista cave and Gangotri which lead him to the path of Nirvana. During his mediation tenure, he met yogis and gurus who possessed immense knowledge. He was fortunate enough to be accepted as disciple. He grasped the learnings and inculcated them in his real life. It made a big difference to his existence.
